This program was designed for the quantification of pre-segmented corneal nerve fiber networks. It featured morphological and filter preprocessing operations, skeletonization, identification of skeleton point types (skeleton, branching and connection points), the output of the skeletonized networks as well as results from the morphometric analysis. This program represents the first iteration of a series of image processing concepts (still under heavy development) for the comprehensive morphological, topological and spatial analysis of corneal nerve fibers.
